Floor Levelling and Vinyl Flooring Installation
Self-levelling, vinyl plank and a full room installation.
We install laminate, vinyl plank, hardwood, tile and carpet across Toronto and the GTA, and cap stairs to match.
Tell us about the job. We respond to inquiries within 4 hours on average, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 10pm.
New flooring only looks as good as the floor under it. We take up the old flooring, check that the subfloor is flat and solid, fix it where it is not, then install. Baseboards, transitions and stairs are part of the same job, so the finished floor looks complete, not patched together.
Laminate and luxury vinyl plank for main floors, basements and kitchens, including full-room installs in homes and offices.
Hardwood flooring for living areas and open-concept spaces, laid out to run cleanly through doorways and openings.
Porcelain and ceramic floor tile for bathrooms, kitchens, entries and basements.
Carpet for bedrooms and basements, and carpet removal when you are switching to a hard floor.
Self-levelling where a floor dips, and a new subfloor where the old one is damaged or too weak for the new flooring.
Stair tread and riser capping, including carpet stairs to oak, plus new baseboards and trim to finish the rooms.
Not sure which floor to choose? Vinyl plank handles water and heavy use well, which is why it is common in basements and kitchens. Hardwood can be sanded and refinished years later. Tile is the usual choice for bathrooms and entries. We talk through the options for each room on the site visit.
Most of the work in a floor happens before the first plank goes down. The owner personally oversees every job.
Tell us which rooms and what flooring you have in mind. We answer Monday to Saturday, 8am to 10pm, and respond to inquiries within 4 hours on average.
We measure every room, check the subfloor, count the stairs, and look at how the new floor will meet the rooms next to it.
You get a written quote that separates installation, levelling, subfloor work and stairs, so you can see where the money goes. Our contracts are fair to both sides.
You pick the flooring you want and have it on site before we start. We can tell you how much to order based on our measurements.
We remove the old flooring, level or replace the subfloor where needed, install the new floor, then cap the stairs and put the baseboards back on.
We walk the floors with you and fix anything that is not right. Every job comes with our written workmanship warranty.

Before HST, installation typically runs $2.50 to $4.00 per sq ft for laminate or vinyl plank, $4.00 to $7.00 for hardwood, $10 to $16 for floor tile and $2.00 to $3.50 for carpet, with levelling at $3 to $7 and a new subfloor at $8 to $15 per sq ft. These are installation prices; the flooring itself is not included, while stair capping at $90 to $200 per step does include materials. Every job gets a free written quote after a site visit, and our free estimate calculator gives you a rough range now.
About 1 to 2 days per room, 2 to 4 days for a main floor, and 4 to 7 days for a whole house. Levelling or subfloor work can add time, because the floor has to be flat and solid before the new flooring goes down, and we plan for it when we book the job.
Yes. You choose and buy the flooring, and we install it. We give you the measurements so you know how much to order. Stair capping is the one exception: those treads and risers are supplied by us.
We check the subfloor on the site visit. Where a floor dips, we level it. Where the subfloor is damaged or too weak, we replace it. Both are listed separately in your quote.
Yes. We cap stair treads and risers, including turning carpeted stairs into oak treads with painted risers, so the stairs match the new floor.
No. Every trade is done in-house by our own crew, including the baseboards, trim and paint that finish a flooring job.
We are WSIB certified and carry $5M in liability insurance. Every job comes with our written workmanship warranty, and the owner personally oversees every job.
