A bathroom packs more trades into a small room than any other part of the house. Plumbing, tile, drywall, paint and lighting all have to line up. We do every one of them in-house, so no step waits on someone else's schedule and one team answers for the whole job.
Tear-out and prep
We remove the old fixtures, tile and finishes down to what needs replacing, and keep the mess contained to the work area.
Plumbing rough-ins and fixtures
New supply and drain lines where the layout needs them, then the toilet, tub, shower valve, faucets and sinks at the end.
Showers and tubs
Curbed and curb-less showers, standing showers with custom niches, built-in tubs and freestanding tubs.
Waterproofing
A waterproofing membrane goes in behind the tile in the wet areas before any tile is set. It is the part you never see, and the part that matters most.
Floor and wall tile
Large-format porcelain, marble-look tile, subway tile and mosaic shower floors, laid out so the cuts land where they look right.
Vanities, lighting and finishing
Vanities and counters, mirrors, glass, accessories, potlights and vanity lights, plus the drywall and paint that tie the room together.

You deal with the same people from the first call to the final walkthrough, and the owner personally oversees every job.

You call or send the form
Tell us which bathroom and what you want changed. We answer Monday to Saturday, 8am to 10pm, and respond to inquiries within 4 hours on average.

Site visit
We look at the room, check what is behind the walls where we can, measure, and talk through the layout, the fixtures and the finishes you like.

Free written quote
You get a written quote that spells out the scope. We write contracts that are fair to both sides, and we do not pad the general contracting because most of the work is done by our own crew.

Design and permits
We handle the design with you. When the job needs a permit, we pull it and book the inspections, so you are not chasing the city.

The build
Tear-out, rough-ins, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, then paint and lighting. Our own people do each stage in order, with no hand-offs to outside trades.

Walkthrough and warranty

Bathroom Renovation Questions
How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
Before HST, a powder room typically runs $5,200 to $10,500, a full 3-piece bathroom $12,000 to $22,000, a main 4-piece bathroom or ensuite $19,000 to $39,000, and a new basement bathroom with a new rough-in $15,000 to $24,500. Size, layout changes, distance and the finishes you pick move the price. Every job gets a free written quote after a site visit, and our free estimate calculator gives you a rough range now.
How long will my bathroom be out of use?
Once work starts, a powder room usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, a full 3-piece bathroom 2 to 3 weeks, and a main bathroom or ensuite 3 to 6 weeks. Permits and special-order items can add lead time before we start, and we tell you about that up front.
Do you handle permits and design?
Yes. When your project needs a permit, we pull it and book the inspections. We also handle the design, so you are not coordinating a separate designer and contractor.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every trade is done in-house by our own crew. That keeps the schedule in our hands and keeps the general contracting cost down.
Do I buy the tile?
You choose the tile you want. Our tile work covers the installation and basic materials, but not the tile itself. That way you get exactly the look you want.
Can you add a bathroom in the basement?
Yes. A new basement bathroom needs a new plumbing rough-in, and we do that work ourselves along with the framing, drywall, tile and fixtures. See our basement finishing page if the bathroom is part of a bigger basement job.
